Policies: 

• 2 night minimum stay is required
• No one night stays will be allowed(unless there is one night "stranded" by itself)
• Please no Saturday check in or check out!!
• Week stays can check in on any day except Saturday!!!         
• Two person maximum occupancy 
  
• Check-in 3PM                                                                                                Check-out 11AM
• Prices do not include 6 3/4% state sales tax, 4% occupancy tax and $35 dollar cleaning fee per stay
• Please do not arrive early.
  Your cabin may not be clean and you may be asked to come back at 3pm!!
• 50% of the payment is due at time of reservation. The remainder is will be charged to your credit card One month prior to your stay.
• If your stay is within One Month the entire amount of your stay will be charged when you reserve.
• We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Nights will not be held until payment is made.
• Cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus a $75 booking fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund (less $75) only for the days we are able to rebook the cabin.  If you do need to cancel,  please be aware that if you do not give us time to rebook your cabin refund will not be given.
• Smoking is not allowed except on the covered porch (Please use the ashtray, not the woods we do not want to have a fire we have had a burning ban most of the last couple of years because of the dry weather).
• No outside fires!!!!

Pets : you might get a visit from some of our community pets which are all nice heres some pictures of a couple that might come up and see you

 We are pet friendly! We love animals and want you and your pet to enjoy some time in the mountains! We do charge a pet-fee of $35 per stay.

We currently have four cabins that are pet-friendly and set up for a mountain getaway with a dog! The Pisgah Paws, Alone at Last, Hugs and Kisses and Jus Nappin

We have one cabin that is pet free it is Nice and Knotty.

You will be expected to pick up your dog's waste from the grounds(unless you are in the woods far away from all of the cabins) and place it in a plastic baggy in the outdoor trash can. You will also be responsible for any damage to our cabin caused by your pet. Please do not leave a pet alone in the cabin. For the pet friendly cabins, we ask that you bring your portable kennel so if you would like to leave for a while your pet will be safe inside your cabin. You will be responsible for any damage done by your pet.

The pet owners are responsible for their pets (maximum of two) at all times. We reserve the right to make your pet find other accommodations if he or she at any time disturbs our other guests. No refunds will be granted to early departures due to problem pets.( We have never  had any problems with a pet or a guest!).  If you are bothered by anyone or their pets please dont hesitate to call or email me with the wireless internet.

Be sure to visit The Blue Ridge Parkway and The Biltmore House when you stay with us!We look forward to having you and your dog as our guest at Cabins of Asheville your pet friendly cabin getaway in The North Carolina Mountains!  Our cabin property is connected to the Pisgah National Forest which has many hiking trails and picnic areas.  The road to the National Forest is Currently under construction but you are welcome to hike down to it at your own risk (not advisable when it is muddy or snowy).
